We want to let you know that we’ve ended our agreement with GoCardless for Direct Debit processing. Going forward, all payments will now be handled directly through Stripe.
This change brings a more streamlined, secure, and user-friendly experience for our customers, along with reduced processing fees savings which we’re proud to pass directly on to you.
As always, invoices will continue to include clear payment instructions, and you can view and manage all your invoices anytime via the client portal.
